In 2020, Ohio faced it's largest bribery scandal - $60-million-dollar clean energy bill - House Bill 6. The purpose bill was to set polices for healthier communities across the state. Instead, this bill was the basis of corruption. CommEN, in partnership with Ohio Environmental Council Action Fund, is educating Ohio residents to call on the Ohio lawmakers to immediately repeal HB 6 and dedicate themselves to passing energy policy that is truly good for our people, their pocketbooks and the environment.
